HydroLevel® 1-30 is a multi-purpose, quartz-reinforced structural leveling compound — non-shrinking, with controlled expansion to prevent cracking, fast-setting, self-curing and with an extremely low cement content. It smooths, levels and creates slopes even in damp, constantly wet and underwater areas such as swimming pools, terraces and showers, prior to installing porcelain stoneware and natural stone.

HydroLevel 1-30 levels and fills thicknesses from 1 to 30 mm over new or existing substrates and produces a smooth finish. It is suitable for leveling screeds over both electric and hot-water underfloor heating systems.

Application Notes: Mix at 20% water (4 liters per 20 kg bag) and let the mix slake for about 5 minutes before use. Do not exceed the specified water — excess water prolongs curing and can cause cracking, delamination and a powdery surface. Apply between 41°F and 95°F (+5°C to +35°C). Do not apply to damp substrates or those subject to rising damp, or in strong drafts. Do not add lime, cement or other foreign materials. Prime dusty or absorbent substrates with X-Prime; treat smooth, compact substrates with X-Activator after cleaning. Clean tools with water while fresh — once hardened the product can only be removed mechanically.
