PowerGel Pro Max
High-power, permanently elastic anti-fracture epoxy gel (C5 Fluidotixo) that bonds and waterproofs tile, slabs, marble and stone in one step — even on cracked or damp substrates.
PowerGel Pro Max is a 3rd-generation, permanently elastic anti-fracture epoxy gel that simultaneously waterproofs and monolithically bonds mosaics, tile, porcelain stoneware, extra-large slabs, marble and natural stones — even unstable ones — on virtually any substrate.
Its structural gelification technology builds an active, flexible bond zone resistant to cracking, cyclic stress, expansion and humidity, performing on cracked substrates (up to 3 mm), substrates with up to 5% residual moisture, and difficult surfaces such as wood, metal, PVC and fiberglass. It is the high-specification adhesive option within the TileSafe System.
PowerGel® Pro Max is engineered with Litokol’s proprietary Crack Prevention® and Superior Tension Absorption® technologies, and a Zherorisk® formulation that is oxirane-free and free from C12–C14. Co-engineered with SafetyGel®, it forms the TileSafe® High-Adhesion Anti-Fracture System, for which an international patent application has been filed (No. 102025000025363).

EPD - Application Notes
- Mix Part A with Part B (92.6 : 7.4 by weight) with a low-speed mixer until creamy and lump-free. Apply a scratch coat with the smooth trowel edge, then comb to thickness. Back-butter outdoors, in pools, on facades and in high-stress areas.
