DEC 21 is a mix of organic solvents and wetting agents that can be used to strip old wax treatments from surfaces. It can remove old synthetic and organic wax residues, sealants water or solvent-based treatments, impregnators, and stubborn dirt. DEC 21 is a product often used with an alkaline cleaner to perform a “double wax stripping”.
