SafetyTex Anti-Fracture
Thermo-modified needle-punched polyester anti-fracture fabric that reinforces the SafetyGel membrane in the TileSafe System — required outdoors and over movement joints.
SafetyTex Anti-Fracture is a non-woven fabric of thermo-modified needle-punched polyester, free of chemical binders, used to structurally reinforce the continuous, watertight, elastic SafetyGel membrane.
It embeds easily into the first coat of SafetyGel by roller, brush, smooth steel trowel or airless sprayer, increasing anti-fracture performance over movement joints and exterior installations. It is the reinforcement layer of the High-Adhesion Anti-Fracture TileSafe System.

Point load ≥1000 lbf - Application Notes
- Cut to size. Apply a first SafetyGel coat (~0.5 mm), lay the fabric in, smooth out creases/air with an unloaded roller, then cover with a second SafetyGel coat. Required outdoors and over expansion/control joints.
